Mimics 3D Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Mimics 3D is operated by ScholarTech ICT Services Ltd, company number 11140713, registered in England and Wales. These terms apply to purchases made through our website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Product Descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately, including their compatibility and installation requirements. Please check these details before ordering and contact us if you are unsure whether a product is suitable.

Product descriptions and specifications may change, but changes will not affect orders already accepted unless agreed with you.

3. Ordering and Payment
Prices and delivery charges are displayed before you place your order. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.

If we cannot fulfil your order, or identify a pricing or description error, we will contact you. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any payment received.

4. Delivery
Delivery charges cover postage, packaging and order handling. They may differ from the postage amount printed on the parcel.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Customs processing may cause additional delays for international orders. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or someone you nominate, unless you independently appoint a carrier we have not offered.

5. International Orders: Import Taxes and Charges
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

For delivery outside the UK, your order may be subject to destination-country import VAT, customs duties and postal or courier clearance and handling fees.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included or prepaid, they are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are payable by the recipient.

These charges are set by the destination authorities and delivery provider. They may apply even to low-value orders and can be substantial compared with the product price. We cannot always calculate them in advance. Please check with your local customs authority or delivery provider before ordering.

Where checkout expressly confirms that import charges are included or prepaid, we will arrange payment of the charges covered by that confirmation. If you are asked to pay them again, please contact us with the payment request.

If you wish to cancel because of import charges, please contact us promptly. Refusing delivery alone does not clearly communicate cancellation. Any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with your applicable statutory rights.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason. You must tell us within 14 days after receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days.

On statutory cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights.

In addition, we offer returns of unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. This additional offer does not reduce your statutory rights.

Statutory cancellation exceptions may apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. Standard products are not excluded simply because they are manufactured after ordering.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory remedies apply, and we will cover reasonable return costs where required.

7. Intellectual Property
Website content, including our text, graphics, images and designs, belongs to Mimics 3D or its licensors unless stated otherwise. It may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to other manufacturers identify product compatibility and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that apply to you.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
