Description
The Avro Vulcan B2 was a British jet-powered strategic bomber that flew in 1958. The aircraft was designed to carry nuclear weapons and played a significant role in the Cold War era. It was a remarkable feat of engineering, with its delta wing design and powerful engines.
For aviation enthusiasts, simulating the experience of flying the Avro Vulcan B2 is an exciting adventure. With advanced flight simulation technology, enthusiasts can now get a realistic taste of what it was like to pilot this legendary bomber. The throttle levers, designed to be true to scale, provide an authentic representation of the control mechanisms used to regulate the engine power, speed, and other critical parameters during flight.
These levers are modelled on the Avro Vulcan B2 throttle levers and are designed to fit the CH Product Throttle Quadrant. The levers feature the pilot and co-pilot auto-throttle cut-out button fitted to engine 1 and 4 throttles, along with the four individual relight buttons/individual auto-throttle cut-outs mounted in the end of the throttles. While the buttons are non-functioning, they do provide the look and feel of the original throttles, making the flight simulation experience even more immersive.
